How is your mental health?

I think the most helpful advice is that you should understand when to worry because I know many people including me that worry a bit too much and can learn when to not worry as much. The small comforts in my life are music, video games, and basketball. These things keep me entertained while I’m stuck at home or trying to distract myself from whatever is going on in our country. My friends and family have been the most helpful with my emotional well-being by giving me someone to talk to so I am not totally isolated. The kind of friend I want to be is one that is reliable and trustworthy. A piece of advice I would add would be being able to know when to ask for help from others.
